Hey guys just thought I'd introduce myself as I made an account and have been postin' a little bit.
I'm from Metro Detroit but I'm in Western Mass attending school right now.
Short background in brewing:
I've been picking up Mr. Beer kits everytime I find one at a garage sale, usually for about $5
Figure its worth it just for the extract.
Started with a Mr. Beer kit back home, misread the directions and added priming sugar intended for 750ml bottles to 355ml bottles, damn was that one fizzy, sweet brew
Anyway I've got another Mr. Beer carbonating in bottles that should be ready to drink this weekend or next week and I just pitched the yeast on a 4.5 gallon batch of Phug's Everyday Simple Cider recipe
