Hello, admin has been pestering me to be active on the forums, so here I am.

I've been homebrewing mead for just over a decade now, I have only done melomels, though most veer into a melomel/metheglin sort of area. I'm thinking of trying a braggot soon, and also would like to try a capsumel. I'm especially fond of my spiced cyser, though all have been very pleasing.

I have only done 5 gallon batches so far, but dream of getting a larger ss conical fermenter. Someday, someday...

Hi, Welcome to the forum!!!! This is a great site. I just made some mead last night and I made a makeshift Braggot. I was making beer and mead simultaneously. I had extra of each so I mixed them together and pitched some yeast in. I am looking forward to tasting these latest batches. How do you get your honey? Do you know a beekeeper?
