Hi there everyone. I am Swillin' and that's what i'm doin in upstate NY. Just brewed a Brown Ale and my Night Vision IPA. On tap I have Double Dark Chocolate Porter, Irish Stout, and Amber Ale. I plan to brew a couple Lager batches before the weather gets too warm. Then it's ALe until September when I break out the Oktoberfest I have Lagering in my basement! I love brewing and am looking forward to chatting with all of you!!!!
