Hi all. Ed from Austin here.. Never brewed before (i'm not a beer fan) and never made cider before, but I love to drink (whisky and scotch). Though always having to buy stuff like that gets $$$ after a bit and I decided to give a shot at making my own cider. Donno what else to say here, so lets hope it all goes well!

Yeah.. I know.. I've tried some beers before and liked some of them. I guess most of the ones I tried were the normal mass produced american beers.
