i have an apa that's been in primary for almost two weeks. the initial storm has passed, and now i have tiny bubbles coming up here and there.

it's in my swamp cooler, but there is only room for one carboy in there, and i have a batch of ingredients i want to brew tomorrow.

if i take it out of my swamp cooler, is it in danger of tasting bad if it starts to warm up a bit? how warm is too warm?

It's fine to let it warm up to room temperature. I've let mine get as warm as 75*F after the primary fermentation wraps up with no significant esters.

ok...so it looks like 75 is the highest i should let it get, then.

i have no idea how i'm going to pull this off.

thanks for the replies.
