So I want to brew a saison in time for spring. I am just learning that I need to be able to get my fermentation temperatures up to around 80F but I can't do that in my apartment right now.
I have a fermentation jacket to help regulate the temperature (I am comfortable using it to cool and chill my beer) but how might I increase the temperature of the fermenter? I don't want to have to buy anything too exotic or expensive so any cheap and do it yourself techniques would be appreciated!
