Looking to get into cold brew coffee. We want to make it and have it on tap but we dont want to invest in nitro yet. I know Starbucks has cold brew on tap and I plan to call them today and see how they serve it (assuming co2…).
Those of you who make cold brew without serving it on nitro, how do you serve it?
Kept cold, how long will cold brew last in a keg when serving with co2?
I imagine if you kept the pressure pretty low, it will stall the coffee from getting carbonated but not sure how much time that gives you. I’m thinking like 1-2psi just to keep co2 over it.
