I am making a witbier with coriander but I didn't put them in a mesh nah or anything so now they are floating around. How do I get rid of them when transferring to the bottling bucket?

Wait, floating around? If you left them whole, they're not contributing any flavor or anything. Coriander needs to be ground, or at least cracked.

If your using a racking cane you should be ok. If you're like me and they get stuck in the bottling bucket spigot then it's a slow painful process to move the beer from the bucket to either bottles or a keg.

Either way you'll want to put something in front like a strainer to keep the coriander seeds from being sucked up.
