I wonder if anyone else has done this. Surely it must have been done.

Hate struggling to get tubing over a liquid tube inside a beer keg? Here's your answer.

I have very little problems with it straight cut.

But yes, either the tube or the tubing angled would make it easier.
 
The only hard thing is getting the burrs off so you don't drink them. A chainsaw file will handle internal burrs for the most part.
 
It'll leave a little more sanitizer behind now...
how?

other than any floating diptube will never get as much out as a rigid, full-length tube that sticks all the way to the bottom of the keg dimple.

but straight or angle cut will not make any difference to that issue when used with tubing
