How to know what to set the pressure to on a 1/4 or 1/2 keg

I'm just about done my keezer build, and I have bought a sankey tap for a 1/4or a 1/2 keg down the road. How will I know what pressure to set them to? Is there a chart someone made up, or just a rule of thumb. Sorry if this has been asked before.
