Recently I obtained a Stout Conicle Fermentor 14.5 gallon size. I have used it twice so far and found to my surprise the wort raises in temperature during fermentation. Yes, I know it's exothermic, but I didn't expect it to go from 72 degrees to 89 degrees in one day. Research I have come up with three ways to keep the fermentor cool, one is these Peltier Cooling Kit (some assemble required), Second option is http://bierkast.com/2014/10/16/ss-brew-tech-ftss/ this FTSs cooling coil (modifications required) and the third option is the Fermentation Fridge build as advertised by KegOutlet.
What are your thoughts, is there another option I haven't seen??
