How to correctly filter my Mead

Hello, this is my First time brewing mead and I am getting ready to transfer and filter my mead. How do I sterilize my silicone hose and Barb in-line Strainer so that the transfer will be clean? Thank You in advance.

There are many ways to sterilize your equipment. I have defaulted to soaking it all in Star San for 2 - 3 minutes then drain all the liquid.
