I will be bottling my czech pilsner on Wed. After I bottle this do I condition at room temp or do I put it back into my fridge, and if so at what temp?

Are you asking about lagering? If so, that needs to be done prior to bottling in a secondary fermentation vessel. You'll need to get the beer down below 40 degrees for several weeks or months for that conditioning.

When you bottle, you need to leave the beer at room temp, 70 degrees, to carbonate for several weeks, just like any other beer.

Also, depending on how long it lagered and how much yeast is in suspension it may be necessary to add extra yeast at bottling time.

Note, I have never done a lager. So, I'm just giving you what I've heard here.

Yes I have been lagering it in my secondary. My question is for carbing/ conditioning. Thanks for all the advice.

Shooters point about adding yeast at bottling may be worth looking into. I believe the late Greg Noonan advises this.

Was just wondering what a higher lagering temp would do to the beer?

I don't have a fridge so held my Pilsner at approx. 8 to 10 C (about 46 to 50) in the basement for 4 weeks. Just bottled it yesterday and it tastes good.

Now that it's bottled I should up the temp to about 70 like it was suggest above?

Thanks
