Thanks!
I noticed that under M/C it shows Stones as owned by them. That's not Stone's that makes Arrogant Bastard, Sublimely Selfrighteous, etc. is it? I thought they were independent.
"It seemed to say that INBEV was deceitful while SABMiller wasn't. Just not true."
I can't claim to know much, but from what I saw in the movie, AB was doing things that aren't right. MillerCoors wasn't shown in the same light. I haven't heard of them using their brewery to make a fictitious brewery's beer so as to get those who wouldn't buy their products could be duped.
They also showed the difference between the way the companies treated their employees.
You have to pick your battles, the fact that Miller-coors is still an american owned company is fine by me.
Are they? I thought I read somewhere that they are Canadian owned.

Budweiser is a great beer if you like light American lagers - they consistently put out a product that tastes the same no matter where you are - its a brewing achievement.

You're not a true tree hugger until you're 12 ft in the air adjusting your tree stand, and the step you're standing on gives way. (And of course, you didn't put your harnass on that day)"...one of those dastardly and dreaded liberals."
SWMBO is one of those dastardly liberals too! But it works out OK most of the time despite our difference of opinion on some things. Sometimes you make what you can out of it. For instance she has hugged the tree that I get to hunt from! Win-win!
Y'know what has been bugging me about the macro/craft arguments lately? We have more choices in our supermarkets than ever before in our lives. I think this is true for those of you in your 50s and 60s, but I can tell you firsthand that in the past 12 years that I have been legally drinking beer (and for a few more before that) that the number of choices in the fridge of just the local bodega have increased exponentially. Sure, Natty Ice is still cheaper than a craft beer, but maybe thats all the money I have that day.
We as consumers havent been robbed of choices by BMC. If I'm grilling and having a Hop Devil (new favorite by the way) and my neighbor is grilling and drinking a Miller Highlife, thats just capitalism at work. This coming from one of those dastardly and dreaded liberals.
