How much yeast and nutrient for my mead?

I'm about to brew 5 litres of mead. How much champagne yeast and yeast nutrient should I use?

Why would you want to use a champagne yeast ? After all its for mead ?

Plus it would also help if you could explain which nutrient you intend using (and if you include a basic location on your profile as it may assist with a recommendation, according to what's likely to be available).......
