$26 for 750ml of Hanger 24's limited release "Black Tuesday." Worth every penny

Got any Porkslap? ;)

Wow, I honestly didn't think you'd like it so much. I only threw it in because I figured I could fit a can but not another bottle. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I didn't forget about the Absinthe/Tequila trade btw. Maybe me and Mike could send it to you together and you could do the same back. It will save us on shipping. Mike and I live about 2 miles from each other.

Porkslap? It's THAT easy? I'll gladly get you porkslap. What else?
Hey man I'm easy... What can I say. I've really been digging sour beers lately and Belgians are always good to me.

I dunno what it was about that stuff man... It reminded me of being at the HBS. Caramel and husks. Screw whoever says husks are an off flavor lol. Saving on shipping is good, that's a fine idea.

I recently paid $17 for one Mikkeller 1000 IBU. Don't tell my wife. That's the most I've spent on a single beer. My favorite beer store has Black Ops in his backroom where he keeps limited edition stuff. I am not familiar with it though.

There is a member on the forum who has a 65000 IBU beer.. And it's all from dry hopping.

30$ for mikkeller single hop series mixed 6er,I actually got two sixers. They were good, hop research too.I paid 19$ for a bomber of Port Brewing Oaked Santas little helper-wasnt that impressed not worth it,so for 2 beers that beats the mikkeller for price rip-off.
Im thinking about trying the triple hopped (Duvel?) bomber for about the same though.

No, seriously. The "beers" are only 1ml though, and you have to take them intravenously. Are you cool with that?

(it's Friday after a long week. It's not trolling, it's just flat out dicking off.)

$16 for a bomber of Founders Curmudgeons Better Half. Was still in the box in the store. Worth every cent.

Rails of baby laxatives maybe.

I hate that. Where in the world would you get $1 rails? I've heard of 10 with a lap dance but at a real grimy doody hole bar

I'll pay a billion gazillion dollars for beer, although I'll probably run a deficit like the federal government.

Both times it was hopslam. The bar I frequent got one keg of it and I paid $10 for a 10oz glass (VA liquor laws). I have also purchased 2 6 packs at ~$22 a piece.

My favorite lunch spot when ice fishing in Wisconsin is Mr. Ed's just outside of Wild Rose. Top shelf drinks... $2.50! It takes six drinks to use 1 can of pop. Three cocktails each, 2 cheeseburgers, two orders of fries, 23 bucks. I love Wisconsin !

I just racked my weizen onto some baby laxatives. Times are hard, for a blue collared SOB.

You'd need a ton of water to boil all those hops, in which case your grain bill would need to be considerably higher to account for absorbtion loss.

Maybe, maybe not. Depending on your method of brewing, if all the hops were in a bag and squeezed post boil it could work. That being said no sane person is going to try this, so no need to poop at the party.

Most expensive beers I buy are $12 bombers of Deschutes Abyss and Black Butte XX, and I pick up 2 bottles of each a year. Won't buy Rogue anymore since the bombers are up to $6-7 each unless I find the Double Mocha Porter at Costco for $6 or they have cases of Dead Guy or American Amber for $24. Hell, while I love it, I have trouble paying $10 for a sixer of Caldera when there are so many other Oregon micros available for $8.

Most I have paid was 17-18 for a sixer of expedition, hopslam, or batch 471. What I don't understand is the prices of bombers. 2 hopslams is about 6 bucks in my neck of the woods. I know a brewer that sells a 5% lager for 5$ a bomber. All the bombers they have(4) are relative to that. I would think for most breweries that have bombers it would be easier and cheaper for them. I can't imagine spending more than 3$ for 12oz. of beer that's not close to the abv or quality of hopslam
