How much slurry to use?

Today i'm going to brew a 1 gallon batch of cider and not sure about how much yeast slurry to pitch. The juice is Earthfare brand organic apple "juice" and I'll be adding 3/4 cup of brown sugar. I have plenty of freshly harvested US-05 from a beer is racked off yesterday. How much should I use for this small batch? Thanks!
