My crummy bucket is leaking from the bottom spigot. It isn't much of a leak, but I would prefer zero! The beer has been fermenting for about 24 hours. If I put it in another vessel, how concerned do I need to be about oxygen exposure? Can I pour and splash when fermentation is so early? What if I did so after another day or two?
The problem may have corrected itself anyway. It seems like the very small leak may have stopped due to dried wort plugging up the escape route.
