How much do I use per gallon? All I have is those little measuring spoons. Is 1 tablespoon too much? Too little? Just right? Why don't they put little scoops in the jug?

1 tablespoon per gallon works much better if you warm the water up it cleans better, my box says 1 or 2 tablespoons, I just use 1

2 Tablespoons of PBW weighs out to 1 ounce.

2 Tbs.= 1/8 cup

I keep a stainless 1/8 cup scoop in my PBW jar and use the 1 oz. per gallon ratio.

Depends on how dirty things are. I run my kettle at 165F with 2 tbsp in 6-7 gallons of h2o and it cleans perfectly. At colder temps and more dirt/soil I'd increase the PBW amounts.

We ended up using 2 tbls per gallon and it worked great in hot tap water. The real test will be when we clean the carboy that our wheat beer is in. It blew its top so there's dried krausen covering the inside AND outside.
