I did a quick search and I did not locate anything on this although I'm sure it's been discussed before. If you are using LME for a recipe that calls for DME, how much more LME do you need to use? Is there a standard accepted conversion? I gotta figure the LME to be around 20% moisture and the dry, under 2%. Would 20% more do the job?
