Hey guys, I just put my "malt likker" into a keg and was wondering how many volumes of co2 I should be shooting for? This is my first time kegging but everything seems to be working as it should. My plan is to bottle this with a beer gun once its carbonated but I'd like it to be pretty fizzy after the bottling process. I was thinking about going to 3 volumes in the keg, is that enough? Should I go higher? Will I have trouble bottling with the beer gun if I carbonate it too high in the keg?

Sorry for the barrage of questions at the end there, and thanks in advance for any help you can offer
