Indeed! Have been tweaking a recipe with small changes. But that just might be an excuse to drink a brew that is damn good.

I'm the same way, I don't brew once and forget. I brewed my dunkel recipe quite a few times, I keep making tweaks to try and approach perfection, or maybe it is just an excuse to keep drinkin it? haha
