ok, I'll start my annual list now:

robust porter 5
kolsch 5
pale ale 5
hefeweizen 5
blond ale 5
american brown 5
Belgian blond (aka 9 % abv krunk juice from a "fan") 5
ordinary bitter 5
peach wheat 5
oatmeal stout 5
"orval" Belgian specialty 5

so + 55 gallons for me thus far this year, with maybe another 20-30 planned, not to mention all the wine and mead! Damn when you list it all out it makes you sound like a drunk!

31596 + 55 = 31651

5 gallon batches

1x extra pale ale
1x irish draught ale
1x honey kolsch
1x dry irish stout
1x imperial stout
1x india black ale
1x brown ale
1x oatmeal stout
2x blonde ale
3x pale ale
7x india pale ale

for an even 100 gallons

100 + 31,681 = 31,781

I just brewed a sour mash Kentucky Common yesterday. I mashed in 50% of the grain bill at 150F on Tuesday, and let sit for 48 hours. Yesterday morning, the temp was 87F. I brought the remaining strike water to boil, and added it to the mash tun, which brought the temp up to 134F. I got my 3 gallon pot out, drained about 2 gallons from the mash tun into the pot, and brought that to a boil. Then added it back to the mash. The temp was almost dead on, at 151F. From there, brew day was just like any other.

Fun batch of beer, I just hope it turns out good.
