Bruin, Yeah we lost .25 gals a couple of pages ago. Also, 8.5 qts. = 2.125 gals. When I'm brewing I round down (AHS kits actually = 5.25 gals.), when I'm drinking, I round up. Honey, I'm just gonna have three or four beers. I guess I could be like the Navy when they talk about how fast a sub is, "This sub does 20+ knots." I think I'll have 3+ beers...
