I pitched the yeast at 2:02AM last night...just 8 hours ago. Such a good feeling to have it in the fermenter bubbling away already.

5 more gallons of Bohemian Pilsner on my back porch...under falling snow.

8559.5+5

8564.5

5 Gallons Centennial Pale Ale
5 Gallons H.U.B. IPA Clone!!!!!

1 gal "special" mead
10 gal wedding toast mead
1 gal pirate mead
5 gal porter to get my brew legs back under me and learn me up on kegging
20 gal Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clone
20 gal Road Dog Flying Dog Porter clone
20 gal Southern English Brown Ale
20 gal Fat Tire clone (next weekend)

I am getting married in June and thought it would be smart to brew all the mead and beer.
THOUGHT it would be smart...
I currently live in a small apartment and have done each of these 5 gallons at a time.

This is by far the most beer I have ever brewed, well, probably ever! Way more than I have ever done in a single year...two months, actually!

8880 + 97 = 8977

I'd say you've been a little busy between wedding plans and the brewing :mug:
