It tasted good mixed, so I'm hoping it will ferment out good.

Had to try some Apfelwein, but only had a 1 gal jug available..

I read the whole Apfelwein thread and decided to make some of my own.
Five gallons in the carboy now.
1397 gallons
 
I just made my first 5 gallons of Apfelwein after reading so much about it.

1407 gallons total

Nevermind, just started another 6 gallon batch so that will make a total of 30 gallons for me bringing the total to 1442
