Made 2.5 gallons recently. Half of it was exactly the original recipe, the other half had 1 lb of frozen raspberries added. (Amazingly great color and smell from those raspberries!)

Used Windsor yeast b/c I brewed this on a whim, and it's what I had available. Some pretty putrid smells for 2 days and now it's smelling good again.

Specifically brewed 2.75 gallons because the .25 was bothering me. 21,427.25+2.75= 21,430.
