Made one 5 gallon batch last year and another last week. It was really good the first time and should be even better now that I am controlling ferm temperatures.
I am currently sipping on a Guinness Blonde, and it's remarkably OK. It's made with Mosaic and Willamette. Is this recipe better??? I hope so, I'd like to try it.
