+10 = 3699

overshot my efficiency at 88%, had to add water to fermenters to dilute, ended up at 1.050

3933.5 + 5.5 = 3939

3949+5 = 3954.

Subbed some Vienna for some of the 2 row, and they didn't have centennial, so used Columbus, but I'll still call it the same beer :mug:

Can't wait to try it next week.

4010+11 = 4021

I used the exact recipe with the exception of substituting C-30 for the C-10 since I didn't have any C-10 left on brew day!

Still in primary! I will call it Centennial Dirty Blonde!

Somehow I hit 1.045 with the same grain bill/water ratio! 91% efficiency!

Smells awesome!

subbed in a lb of MO and Pilsen and couldn't get centenial so I used Falconer's Flight. I also split the batch to try a steam beer yeast. Still count? I'm counting it.
4021 + the 10 gal of papab + 5 gal of mine = 4036

4036 + 11 = 4047 gallons. Decent beer, but I found that adding 1/2 oz of Cascades at flame out added a nice aromatic touch. Still want to play with this recipe.

4052
Changed a few things, but still mostly followed the recipe. It's been in primary for almost a week now, and it smells great!

4057 + 6 = 4063

I brewed with all centennial hops tho it still turned out amazing.

4063+5= 4068
Just kegged this last night. Tasted absolutely great out of the hyrdo flask.

4068 + 6 = 4074

Picked this to brew with my brother and dad this past Saturday. Their first brew sessions for my brothers grad party. Cheers.
