72.5 gallons over 15 sessions. Made the jump to all grain with the addition of the Ss Brewtech SVBS in October and completed a 2.5 gallon BIAB last week to develop an all grain Amber ale recipe. Overall assessment for 2023 was linear and positive. Looking forward to developing Brown ale and IPA recipes in 2024 and refining my process.
