14 five gallon and 4 three gallon kegs.
I need another three gallon and at least a couple more five gallon.

8... not enough.
I just recently hit the triple digits, I now have 101 five gallon kegs. A mix of ball lock and pin lock, but more than half pin lock at this point.
I have around 80 filled with something right now. I do annual meads and ciders that I age long term that take up more and more kegs each year. I am almost ready for my 5 year vertical tasting (oldest mead and cider is from 2006, and I have multiple kegs for each from there). My oldest beer is only from 2007 though, and I need to make more high gravity beers to age for the long term.
I built a walk-in cooler this past summer so I could keep all my kegs refrigerated, as well as ferment as much beer as I needed (dual-zone cooler).
8 5gal balls

Wana sell em?
I've been considering it, but I am hoping that this bottling thing temporary.
3 balls here. Need 5 more.
I bought 500 in a lot a few years ago, selling 200 was the break even point, and I kept the best 50, the worst 50 & enough spares to fix the worst 50, so Id say I have around 130 or so pin locks, still have 20 or so ball locks that I'm phasing out. Id say 100 are full now, but most of the full ones are for specialty stuff. I have 3 or 4 kegs that are in super high rotation of house beers.
5, which is just the right amount for now. I can fit all of them in my fridge, with CO2, and it's just enough of a challenge to try to keep them filled.
