how many btu's?

I'm fixin' to go to all grain(just ordered on new SS kettles!!), I'm going to build a rig & I'd like to buy just the burner & hose instead of buying one with the stand so I can save some money, but I'm not sure how big of a burner to get. I think I'll make a 3 burner setup & I would think the one for the brew pot needs to be the 'big daddy' but can I get some smaller/less expensive ones for the other 2? Thanks in advance!
