I just racked my CA Doppelbock to the secondary after being in the primary for over two weeks. I measured the OG at 1.095 and the gravity is coming out right now at about 1.030. I'm going to keep it in the secondary for about 6 weeks and I figure the gravity will drop by another few points. For a beer starting out so big, I doubt it will get as low as 1.020. I'm guessing maybe 1.025? Does this seem right?

I assume AG:

Unless you do a forced ferment test (for lagers), you wont be able to tell how well your batch will attenuate before it is truly done.

I have a Maibock in the secondary. It started at 17P, now (after 5 weeks!) it is hovering at 6P and seems done. But I know from the forced ferment thest that I will end at 4.5P. I can also taste the sweetness.

Yeah, it was AG. I did a 3 gallon batch, I can't remember exactly off the top of my head, but the grain bill was something like:
5 lb. 2-row
5 lb. Munich
0.25 lb. Crystal 75
0.25 lb. Chocolate

I ended up collecting about 7.5 gallons of wort and it took forever to get it down to 3.
