I made a starter for my next brew, 2 days ago, but as it turns out, I probably won't be able to brew for a couple of weeks.
I just closed the cap and put it in the fridge, can I just add more DME on the brew date and treat it like a normal package of liquid yeast, making another starter?? Or will I simply need to bring it back to room temp and pitch?
It seemed to have a lot of activity today, much more than my other starters. It's White Labs Bavarian Weizen Yeast WLP351.
Any suggestions? How long will this starter last?
Thanks!
