I want to rack my beer to secondary for dry-hop, however, I wont be able to wash the yeast/trub for about 5 day afterwards. If I leave some beer in there & keep the airlock on, will it stay alive or am I risking viability?

Thanks

Leaving the yeast under a cover of beer and in a cool place is probably the best way to keep it viable for the short term...

Cheers!
