I was hydrating the yeast from a brewers best kit. Well my wife walks thru the kitchen and not knowing tosses it. I wont be able to get yeast from my lbs until tomorrow. Which means 24 hr before i can pitch the yeast in the wort. Its all sealed and in the fermentor right now. Should worry? How much of a difference will it make?

You'll be fine. It's a very common practice. Some people go weeks without pitching using the no-chill method. If you encounter an issue it won't be because of this. As always, keep your fermentation temps from getting too high and you'll make tasty beer.
