I'm currently brewing up some "Hooch" (aka just wine.) that i started yesterday. It consists of 64oz of grape juice, 2 cups sugar, one packet of Fleicshmann's yeast. It is coming along quite nicely and i see lots of bubbles already. My question is, how long should i let it sit before i decide to drink it? Really. To be completely honest, i do not care about the taste whatsoever. I just want to get drunk. I've heard all sorts of things such as "It can be ready within 4 days to a week" or "10-12 days" or "1 or two weeks"
What is the quickest time i could wait, that would still allow me to get buzzed and drunk? again, i don't care much for the taste. Since I'm brewing "Hooch" I'm only looking for some quick alcohol to make that'll get me drunk, not anything fancy that tastes amazing. Thank you to all that replies, all your answers seriously help me :)
