How long would you say to condition a Belgian Trippel? I started fermenting it about 2 weeks ago and today I transferred it into a Keg. I am going to let the Keg sit at room temp in the closet. I was thinking about 2-3 more weeks and then put it in the Kegerator and carbonate it.
What would you say? I have never made this type of beer before.
It has 11lbs of fermentables for a 5 gallon batch.
