I want to start buying in bulk (55lb bags), how long does it stay fresh for?
Also, what size container would I need? I figure i would buy some plastic storage containers from target, but do they need to be food grade? I have access to food grade 5 gallon buckets, but I would need quite a few of those.
Also-I do not have a mill to crush my own grain.
