I did maybe two more since then just for fun. I love being able to brew in my kitchen.

Same here. Been brewing AG for a while, but I do a "quick and dirty" extract batch once in a while just for kicks. Shortens the brew day and let's me brew in the house.

Although the last one I did turned out pretty lame. I don't know if I got bad extract or what, but it had some funky flavors. Same thing happened to me about a year ago. I guess I should be more conscious of the shelf life of LME and DME.
