I've been really busy and I let my beer sit in the secondary WAY too long, probably about 3-4 months... Should I not bottle it and just throw it out?

Many people don't use a secondary. But, how long can a beer be left in the fermenter? Months won't hurt it.

What's it taste like? It could be the best beer you ever made? Or it could be vinegar. We can't tell you, we're not able to psychically taste what's in your fermenter. Only you can taste it, and make that decision. Thinking even about throwing it out without bothering to taste it is plain silly.

What do you think the purpose of a secondary is anyway? It's to BULK AGE beer.....

It should be fine. I often have beers in the fermenters for months.

As Revvy said, taste it and see. Unless you have done something to make it go bad, it should be just fine.
