How large of a MT do I need?

I'll be moving to 20 gallon batches. How big of a cooler do I need to mash 48 pounds of grain using 1.25 quarts per pound for the initial mash?

Thats 60 qts liquid, so I'd go minimum 80 qt mash tun to be safe

80 quarts is 20 gallons. I would think a 30 gallon MT would be sufficient. My goal is to get up to 20 gallon brews as well. I currently have a 18 gallon BK and 30 gallon MT. Next purchase is a 30 gallon BK.

48 pounds of grain with 1.25 quarts of water per pound of grain in the mash equals 18.84 gallons, without taking into consideration any false bottom or anything else in the mastun.
