All-grain 5 gallon American IPA batch:

10 lb. American 2 Row
1 lb. Crystal 40
1/2 lb. Victory malt
1 oz Mosaic hops @ 60m
1 oz Cascade @ 15
1 oz Cascade @ 5
2 oz Amarillo @ 0
California Ale Yeast WLP051

Any suggestions?

Agree with the prior post. Add 4oz Amarillo at flameout and let it steep for 30m. Also, ditch the victory. You don't need it with crystal 40 being used. Good luck !

. Oh and move the mosaic to your flameout addition with the Amarillo. Instead, use a bittering hop Like warrior or magnum or even Columbus. Save the mosaic for a late addition. Or even use as a dry hop.
