I have a bunch of Amarillo and Citra leafs... I have read not to use Citra to bitter, thus the Centennial... Anything else stand out as a red flag?

You may want to whirlpool for a bit with the last additions, but looks good to me.

48 IBUs seems allittle low to me, but if that's what you like to for it, I don't really see anything else that stands out, normally when I do an ipa I aim for at least 60 IBUs and have done up to 100, just do what you feel like brewing and enjoy it

Looks awesome to me, except it is missing one of the most importants ingrediants for AIPA...

DRY HOPS!!!!!!

Added an ounce of Amarillo as a dry hop... Kegging at some point this weekend so will have a review soon!
