I'm currently in the process of upgrading to a larger setup, I was wondering how fellow homebrewers clean their larger kettles, 15g or 30g?Obviously, the HLT needs minimal cleaning but how do you clean the BK and MLT without removing it from the stand?

My rig is affixed to the table and has rigid plumbing. My cleaning regimen is basically rinse-PBW-rinse with liberal application of sponge and/or brush as needed.

You have to clean them with in an hour or ASAP after brewing, and if you do that it's just filling the HLT with water, and pumping it across from pot to pot, then wiping them down.
