how do i carbonate the beer when i keg it

i heard about forced carbonation but have no idea what it is or how to do it. or do i just carbonate it like you do when bottling or do you do both?

You need LESS priming sugar in a keg. 1/3 cup as opposed to 2/3-3/4 per 5 gallons. Or you can force carb with 10-12# co2 for a couple weeks. Read the sticky on force carbing that the previous poster linked. It's quite helpful.

or you could just set it and forget it. like set it to 10psi and leave it for 10 days.. that'll do the trick.
