Through a link on Black Rock Brewing (New Zealand) website. Was impressed that you were mainly Americans. Always good to keep eyes and ears open so jined for my own greedy reasons.

I had a question about a delay in starting of a beer. I had several of them and I always had thrown in a packet of dry. I did not know that the liquid was not ready to pitch. It has been the best help for me and my brewing. I also like the fact that I can help new brewers. I wish I had someone to help me from the start. I had one friend who started at the same time, but he built a large system with kegs and electronic controls before he even started. We started at the same time, but I was brewing in a few days. It took him several months to get started. His first beer was an all grain kriek.
