Hello there, I have the fruit bazooka nE IPA from Northern Brewer and I wanted to brew today, but the instructions say to put first dry hop in 2-3 days after brew day when there is still foam: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2...Bazooka-1527604275710.pdf?5468902493453741422

How critical is that? I’m going to be gone until day 5. Will that hurt the beer flavor/profile? Should I hold off and brew this is I actually am here on days 2-3?

Thanks,
Lorne

Whelp, nevermind. I went to get everything and ingredients and my liquid yeast was frozen! Bollocks! So I'll wait until next week. NB is sending me another pack. Sure was nice of them!

Sorry, I went off line for a bit and now I realize that doesn't matter. Again either way it still would have been a good beer, just at most a small difference in taste.
