My 1st ever homebrew beer is currently doing secondary fermentation in bottles and I'm itching to get started on my next batch. Does anyone have any advice on how to maximise flavour and ABV using these ingredients and equipment?

Muntons Premium Gold Midas Touch Golden Ale kit
1kg of brewers sugar
500g Medium Spraymalt
113g of Styrian Goldings Hops.
My primary is done in a 40 pint fermenter, and the secondary is in bottles.

With malt extracts the only way you will be able to adjust the ABV is by getting a higher or lower attenuating yeast.
