How can I aim for a higher FG?

I have a recipe for a wheat that I'm trying out and BeerSmith is giving me an OG of 1.052 and an FG of 1.012. I would like to bring up the FG a few points while keeping the estimated OG the same. How could I go about doing this?

6# Wheat Malt (German)
4# Pale Malt 2-row (Belgian)
0.25# Cara-pils
0.25# Munich
Weizen Wyeast 3068

The best way is to mash at a higher temperature.

I'm looking for more mouth feel and sweeter.
Mash higher. Got it. My only issue with adding more carapils is that it also raises my OG which I want to avoid.

Mashing higher is probably the only good easy way... you could also probably underpitch or not aerate enough, but that would be really inconsistent.

I tried that, moving numbers all around. But I still wasn't able to get where I wanted it. Higher mash, no problem-o. Seems like the easier, more consistant solution.
